The short version: Reallo is built to keep your financial information private. It runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, sell or share your personal or financial data. There are no user accounts and no servers holding your information.
Reallo (“the app”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a personal debt-planning app for iPhone published by Force Zero Labs, the trading name of Jonathan Lewington (a sole trader). Jonathan Lewington, trading as Force Zero Labs, is the data controller responsible for this policy. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Reallo is designed to be private by default. All of the information you enter — including your debts, balances, interest rates (APRs), minimum payments, income, expenses, budget and payoff plans — is stored locally on your device, which requires Face ID (or your device passcode) every time the app is opened. This information is not transmitted to us, and we have no ability to access, view or retrieve it.
Reallo does not sync your data to the cloud. The only way a copy of your data leaves your device is if you have iCloud Backup enabled for your iPhone, in which case a copy of the app's data may be included in that device backup and stored, encrypted, by Apple under your Apple Account. This is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy; we do not receive it and still cannot access it. You can control what iCloud backs up in your iOS Settings.
We do not collect any personal data. Reallo does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address or contact details to use the app. We do not operate servers that receive your financial information, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking software development kits (SDKs) inside the app.
Because everything is processed and stored on your device, the financial details you enter never leave it unless you choose to export a backup yourself (see “Backups” below).
Reallo offers an optional paid upgrade, Reallo Pro, as an in-app purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using your Apple Account. We do not receive or store your payment card number or billing details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. To restore a previous purchase, the app asks Apple to confirm your entitlement; this exchange is handled by Apple and does not share your in-app financial data with us.
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's on-device notification system. Reminder content is not sent to us or to any third party. You can disable reminders at any time in the app's Settings or in your iOS Settings.
Reallo Pro lets you export a backup of your data and import it again. When you export a backup, the resulting file is created on your device and you control where it goes — for example saving it to Files or iCloud Drive, or sharing it via the iOS share sheet. Any storage you choose (such as iCloud) is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive a copy of your backup.
The information you enter is used solely on your device to calculate your payoff plan, projections, recommendations, schedule and “What If?” scenarios, and to display them back to you. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than providing the app's features to you.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal or financial information with anyone, because we do not collect it in the first place. As we hold no user data, there is nothing for us to disclose to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. You are in full control: you can permanently erase all of your information at any time using “Clear everything” in the app's Settings, and deleting the app from your iPhone removes all of its stored data. Because we do not hold your data on any server, no request to us is needed to delete it.
Reallo requires Face ID (or your device passcode) every time it is opened, so your information stays protected even if someone else has your unlocked phone. Your data is further protected by the standard security features of your device and iOS, including biometric locks and app sandboxing. Keeping your device software up to date and protected with a passcode is the best way to keep your data safe.
Reallo is intended for adults managing their own finances and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and as described above, the app does not collect personal information from anyone.
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Because Reallo stores your data only on your own device and we hold no copy, you can exercise these rights directly at any time within the app. If you have any questions about your privacy, contact us at privacy@forcezerolabs.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be noted within the app.
